A Threads explosion, the road to 500 podcasts, and why this time feels different

When I started this journey 5 years ago I knew what we were building was necessary. Today, I know its critical. We are living in a time where algorithms are muting our voices and finding the podcast content we want can feel impossible.

We’ve had a lot of success over the last 5 years but the platform is where things started and it’s time to go back. It’s time to build again and this time get it all the way right.

Platform Soft Launch

In April, I had a call with Walt and he told me I needed to go to Threads. He said I’d have success there and find my people. He could not have been more right! I started posting there and it became an instant soft launch for the platform Podcasters with huge platforms tapped in, people have suggested new Qube categories, and my people are preparing to add their podcasts.

That response has equated to people actually going to the website and adding their podcasts. Last I checked we were at 98. The goal is 500 by June 30th. We are well on our way.

Oh and let me not forget the website traffic.

April Salon Recap

We are rebuilding the platform while still nurturing our community with our podcast salons. TK Dutes came through Chicago for her Doing The Most Tour and it was such a phenomenal time.
